Review proposed milestones and indicators for helping project teams plan activities and track progress towards achieving the following enabling factors:
i) promotion of climate-resilient livelihoods strategies;
ii) disaster risk reduction strategies to reduce the impact of hazards on vulnerable households;
iii) capacity development for local civil society and governmental institutions; and
iv) advocacy and social mobilisation to address the underlying causes of vulnerability including women’s participation in decision making and equal access to information, skills, and services.
