This report presents a summary of an assessment undertaken to ascertain the awareness that transport planners and decision-makers have of catering for the needs of disadvantaged groups, including women. This includes the challenges transport planners and decision-makers face in incorporating the views of disadvantaged groups and climate resilience in the planning process.
