As climate change brings worse extreme weather that increases groundwater salinity and stresses health systems, worsening women's lives, female villagers in Odisha are raising their voices through Self Help Groups. The organisation has formed eleven councils to allow women to share the impact of weather-related disasters on their livelihoods and discuss solutions.
