"Climate change is happening."

These are the words of Elizabeth Riley, who is the Executive Director at the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA). 

Elizabeth continues: "all climate change parameters are already changing and we know forecasts show our region will be 17 percent drier by the end of the century."  She advocates for the use of user-friendly forecasts to help future planning.
