Vitila is working to empower other women. 

She started her career as an air steward but a stroke left her unable to continue. She turned to farming and expanded her honey farm to also produce value added beauty products.

Vitila was the recipient of the 'Woman in Agriculture 2020 award.' She is a motivator for those around her, encouraging them to pursue their dreams, highlighting that "if I can, anyone can."
