The Australian Development Program integrates disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation throughout its policies and programmes. Australia supports partner countries in the Indo-Pacific region to harness the leadership, energy and innovations of diverse groups as essential players in achieving resilient societies. Australia funds the Women's Resilience to Disasters Programme in the Pacific region and is the primary donor for the global WRD Knowledge Hub.

The InsuResilience Global Partnership aims to strengthen the resilience of developing countries and protect the lives and livelihoods of poor and vulnerable people against the impacts of disasters by enabling more timely and reliable disaster response through the use of climate and disaster risk finance and insurance solutions. It promotes and enables the adoption of disaster risk financing and insurance approaches as part of comprehensive disaster risk management strategies and integrated within preparedness, response and recovery plans that are anchored in country systems.

COPE is a series of beautifully illustrated non-for-profit books, aimed to increase the disaster resilience of children. Covering natural hazards ranging from floods to earthquakes, and wildfires to cyclones, the books provide coping tools, preparedness, and relatable stories in an imaginative and easy-to-understand way.

UNDRR is the United Nations focal point for disaster risk reduction. UNDRR oversees the implementation of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030, supporting countries in its implementation and monitoring, whilst sharing what works in reducing existing risk and preventing the creation of new risk.

PreventionWeb is a collaborative knowledge sharing platform on disaster risk reduction (DRR), managed by the UN Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR). The site offers a range of knowledge products and services to facilitate the work of DRR professionals.
