Kaybee Farms, located close to Suva, is a private hatchery for tilapia fingerlings (juvenile fish about the size of a finger). It enables more farmers to source fingerlings and establish their own farms.
Katarina notes that her motivation to succeed was driven by her upbringing and wanting to grow her farm to be an industry leader.
